Why we should meditate/exercise every day

Meditation is basically  learning something about yourself that you may not have known before you undertook the practice of meditation. Your practice can be as long or as short as you would like, but try to take the time to meditate every day.i have been meditating from over a year and meditation has taught me a lot, and I believe it can teach others a lot as well
I have learned how to better understand my internal self, and observe how it coincides with my external self. I have l in most situations how to be more passive and thoughtful as opposed to more aggressive and irrational.Exercise makes you more energetic and healthy exercise on regular basis keep you strong and enthusiastic . Best time to meditate or exercise is early morning . meditation in fresh air gives you an relaxation and exercise makes you fit for the whole day
There are many reasons to do meditation and exercise.
1-It can decrease unnecessary stress.
2- you can gain more control on your thoughts
3-it helps to make good decisions

5- provides peace to your mind.
